Lovely stay here, the breakfast is very good as other reviews state. The rooms were clean and well equipped. In excellent location, within walking distance for barbican and town centre. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. A pleasant stay overall!

Our walking group stayed here for two nights whilst walking sections of the SW coastal footpath. The B&B was extremely well-located - most of Plymouth's main attractions, plus cafes, bars and restaurants were walking distance and thus within easy reach. All 11 of us were accommodated in the house and enjoyed a delicious breakfast together. The rooms were clean and... More

Thank you for your lovely review and it was really great that your walking party enjoyed staying with us. When one group takes all our rooms it can be a bit hectic especially doing breakfast as we do not have any staff, so Ray and I want to make sure nobody has to wait to be served. We have some... More

We stayed for 5 days, graduation ceremony of our daughter and enjoyed the surroundings of Plymouth from this ideally situated guest house. The Hoe just across the street and Plymouth Centre only 5 min. away is wonderful to experience the maritime City - particularly when the whether is so marvellous as it was when we were there. I stayed Fri and Sat night at the beginning of Aug. I made the arrangements over the internet and the owners could not have been more accommodating. The room was a good size. Recently stayed here for three nights on business and was glad I was able to secure the room at such short notice. I have stayed here before about three years back and was impressed then. It's just what you want from a B&B, clean and comfy and the breakfast is great especially the mushrooms. Keep up the good work Karen... More

This guesthouse is located close to the citadel and within easy walking distance of the Barbican, Hoe and city centre. It is a small family-run guesthouse with just a few rooms, including several single rooms with shared bathroom and toilet. I stayed for three nights in one of these rooms at a price of £30 a night. The room contained... More

So, I'm an American visiting friends in Reading and decide to take a side trip to Plymouth. I decide to wander around and try to find a tourist center; signs indicate it's near the Barbican and the harbor, so I head that direction.
