This guesthouse is a real gem,over looking the park and Plymouth Hoe.
It is great value for money with hosts (Ray and Karen)) who are very professional,friendly and who assist positively when questioned.
The room we had was to the front of the property over looking the park.
The room itself was an ensuite double,well furnished with comfortable bed,flat screen TV - complete with coffe tea making facilities and biscuits.
Breakfasts were a treat with choices available however we had fruit juice,cereals,full English,toast,tea/coffee all presented to a high standard.
Having not visited Plymouth before the Landlord and landlady's advice was sought on what things there are to do in Plvmouth,we found their advice most helpful.
We found our visit too short but we did manage to relax on board 2 boat trips from the harbour (Barbican) 1 up the River Yealm and another around the Naval Dock yard.
