I stayed Fri and Sat night at the beginning of Aug. I made the arrangements over the internet and the owners could not have been more accommodating. The room was a good size. I had a large double room at the top of the house with excellent en suite facilities. the amenities were excellent. The guest house is 2 mins... More

A great review and gives some good tips to any prospective guest reading it. Such as we are situated in a good central position and the council parking permits are great value. I am really pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us, especially as you had travelled a long way to visit Plymouth. You are our first guest from... More

Recently stayed here for three nights on business and was glad I was able to secure the room at such short notice. I have stayed here before about three years back and was impressed then. It's just what you want from a B&B, clean and comfy and the breakfast is great especially the mushrooms. Keep up the good work Karen... More

This guesthouse is located close to the citadel and within easy walking distance of the Barbican, Hoe and city centre. It is a small family-run guesthouse with just a few rooms, including several single rooms with shared bathroom and toilet. I stayed for three nights in one of these rooms at a price of £30 a night. The room contained... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a very detailed review of our guest house and also for giving us some very good scores in all areas. As you have pointed out our standard single rooms are good value at only £30 per night. We only have 2 of them and they are the only ones that share the... More

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a treat at this beautifully kept guest house. The outside is lovingly presented with flowers of all varieties along with a welcoming bench for you to sit on and take in the view. Once inside the house you can see how much care has been taken in the decor,... More

So, I'm an American visiting friends in Reading and decide to take a side trip to Plymouth. I decide to wander around and try to find a tourist center; signs indicate it's near the Barbican and the harbor, so I head that direction. (My advice: look for the Armada Way pedestrian walk after coming out of the railway station...I didn't... More

Thank you for the lovely review. I had to laugh when you mentioned my singing along to the radio. I must drive some guests mad as I never stop singing. If ever you return to Plymouth for a visit come to the Minerva Inn on a Sunday as they let me get up and do a turn. I hope if... More
