Just got back after staying here. What a lovely place Karen and Ray are lovely and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you would expect and more. They did a lovely breakfast, which set you up for the day. Would highly recommend it.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, The room was clean, cosy and very comfy ...everything you look for a B&B. Breakfast was lovely and we really liked the little touch of a selection of DVD's to borrow as... More

We had 3 nights here in peace and tranquility. We agree with all the comments about the comfort and the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness and the marvellous location so close to Sutton Harbour and the Barbican. We were made very welcome - and started each day with lovely breakfasts. Thank you very much Karen and Ray. Lots of nice... More

Our walking group stayed here for two nights whilst walking sections of the SW coastal footpath. The B&B was extremely well-located - most of Plymouth's main attractions, plus cafes, bars and restaurants were walking distance and thus within easy reach. All 11 of us were accommodated in the house and enjoyed a delicious breakfast together. The rooms were clean and... More

Thank you for your lovely review and it was really great that your walking party enjoyed staying with us. When one group takes all our rooms it can be a bit hectic especially doing breakfast as we do not have any staff, so Ray and I want to make sure nobody has to wait to be served. We have some...
