This is our second stay at this B+B. we like it because of the quiet location and easy walking into lynton town along a traffic free path. Since we first stayed the owners have changed and the rooms are now upstairs instead of downstairs. I think the bedrooms themselves are now nicer. Sadly the cosy lounge from the old times... more

We have finally got round to writing our review of this lovely place! We have stayed there twice now in the last couple of years and can't recommend it highly enough! The setting is beautiful, high up, surrounded by trees and the sound of the 'Watersmeet' ringing in your ears. The rooms are lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners... more
