We visited the Seawood for a meal. It was a fabulous taste sensation from start to finish. Great food served in wonderful surroundings with beautiful views. What more can anyone ask for? The house wine is excellent too.... more

The hotel is in a wonderful position being on the North Walk and having the Cliff Railway down to Lynmouth a moments walk away. We were made to feel very at home and the food was fabulous. We really enjoyed our weekend break at the Seawood Hotel, particularly the stunning location, fantastic food and great staff. Seawood Hotel is a good size family run hotel. All rooms we saw (as there were a few of us!) were pleasantly furnished, comfortable and clean. The rooms were in a Victorian style with sea views. The food was of a good standard and very tasty. It was great to park up the car and just leave it. The costal walks are fantastic and breath taking. The owners were helpful and encouraged a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely go again. more
