We came at short notice with our little dog. Were given an briefing by Daphne and Peter and left to have a wonderful time. Next day was perfect walking weather from this idealy located little B&B. Nothing better than the "Full English" before setting off. After two fabulous days, we continued with our round tour of Southern England. When we... More

We stayed only one night due to work commitments but would have liked to stay longer. We were given such a warm welcome and felt at home straight away. Our little dog was welcomed too not just tolerated as in many so called 'dog friendly' places. Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was... More

St. Vincent House is a very nice B&B located in a quiet street in the centre of Lynton. We have stayed here for 7 nights and found the owners Daphne and Peter very friendly, also for our dog. The room and bed was always clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent and prepared with great care. We have had a great... More

Very well located and quiet. The friendly owners are dog lovers and easy going. The room was clean and comfortable, the small ensuite spotless. There are a few on street parking spaces outside but if they're taken there's a large car park less than a minute away which is free between 6pm and 10am so no rushing to load up... More

I stayed here 2 nights recently whilst walking some of the SWCP. Peter and Daphne were extremely welcoming and knowledgable. Plenty of local guidebooks and memorabilia to inform your visit. The accommodation is centrally located. There is limited car parking, but the main Council car park is very closeby. £5 / day. Honesty bar well stocked, including local bottled ales.... More

Conveniently located near the centre of Lynton and close to the Cliff Railway Good welcome and room very comfortable and homely. Very good separate lounge area with honesty bar, TV and free WiFI Breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and delicious Only downside was the lack of parking, had to use council carpark a short walk away, but it was free... We called in the morning, needing a last minute place to stay for two days due to a change in our holiday plans. I am partially disabled and Daphne and Peter (the owner/operators) were very helpful in working out how to give us a room on the ground level so that I did not have to climb stairs. The ensuite... Back today from a 2 night stay at St. Vincent. I have only positive things to say about Peter and Daphne and their wonderful period property. The rooms exceeded our expectations, were nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was up there with the best we have ever had at a Guest House, with homemade bread, yoghurt and fruit compote. The... More
