I returned from Lee House only 4 hours ago and I felt so strongly that I should let any potential travellers hear of what a smashing, warm, welcoming place Lee House is, also how quaint whilst at the same time, quietly lively Lynton is that I didn't want to let the grass grow for even a day!! My friend and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Lee House. The new owners of the Lee House are fantastic! We stayed here on the first weekend that the hotel had re-opened after Christmas/New Year. We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and tidy and we were made to feel very welcome by the owners. Fantastic b&b in a great location on the doorstep of all the shops/amenities in Lynton and a short walk down the coast path into Lynmouth. Rooms are decorated to a high standard and very clean - arrived early and allowed to leave our bags even though rooms werent quite ready, staff at hotel very courteous and helpful.
