This B&B is immaculate - we stayed in room 7 overlooking the harbour - fabulous. Very warm rooms and extremely clean. Just recently taken over by new owners, but they are already running the place like seasoned professionals.

A very enjoyable weekend stay, owners very friendly and helpful (much advice on local walks), room clean, warm and plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath after walking all day. Hearty breakfast all freshly cooked to order. What more could you want! Thank You Riverside Cottage for making a great weekend!!

Stayed for one night at last minute with our dog. For a dog friendly b & b this place was warm, welcoming, clean. We didnt have a sea view (would definately recommend one) but our room was clean and bright. The breakfast was excellent, very spacious, good choice and even a sausage for the dog. The Riverside is a lovely B&B, set right by the river and most room overlooking the sea as well. We stayed in room 5. The room was comfortable and clean and extra pillows were provided without asking. Can't say that there was too much noise through the night other than listening to the beautiful river flow outside. A very good visit to lynmouth, the whole place was very clean... owners friendly and gave good local information on arrival....good size rooms with beautiful views over the harbourt from teh balcony.....a very good breakfast......can't fault it really.....
