We stayed for three nights and it was a really good experience and good value. The owners were very helpful. sorted us out a good scenic walk up the river and then across to the Blue Ball pub for lunch and back and told us the best places to eat in the evening. Booked us Valentine's Day dinner at best... more

We have just spent a most wonderful weekend at the Bonnicott, we being a group of (not so young) walkers. Both Pam & Colin are super hosts and made us all feel more like their friends than guests. The Bonnicott is lovely house with great glassed-in breakfast room and gathering room looking over the terraced garden out to the harbor and ocean. Every breakfast was special; every evening I fell asleep in a very comfortable room to the sound of the rivers and nothing else. Have just spent 3 nights at the Bonnicott House and would recommend this for a relaxing break, providing a good location for walks and easy for getting into Lynmouth and Lynton. Food was of an excellent standard and was well presented and with plenty of choice. Our room was very clean and the complimentary sherry was a nice touch. more

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at the Bonnicott for 4 nights. The owners were friendly and helpful, and full of information about the surrounding area. The breakfasts were great - beautifully cooked and really tasty. A lovely little guesthouse. more

Myself and a friend stayed at Bonnicott during March 2008. Despite the terrible weather, we were given a warm welcome (with hot drinks and cake). The hosts were excellent at recommending places to eat and we found the locals very hospitable and helpful. There are amazing views from Bonnicott and it is very clean and spacious. Absolutely superb - couldn't fault anything at all. Great room with fabulous view. Breakfast enormous and really tasty. Warm welcome and easy walk to town. Book it for yourself and see. more
