The Village Inn is exactly what it says. The pub has a good 'local' atmosphere and the menu is comprehensive and competitively priced. We stayed at the Village Inn where I was received with a warm and friendly welcome.Clean and cosy rooms and great pub grub.I recommend the Thai fishcakes! Very friendly landlady and staff-all added to the charm of Lynmouth where we had a wonderful weekend. more

This is one of the best B&B/Inns we have stayed at, and an absolute delight. The pub is warm and welcoming, as were the staff and owner. Stayed at ' The Village Inn ' Lynton, Lynmouth, Devon. best accomadtion stayed in for long time. Excellent value for money friendly atmosphere, and great breakfast. Looking to stay again in the winter this time as no time a bad time to stay here. 10/10 more

Welcomed on arrival and shown to my room which was well appointed and I would say perfect. My colleague had her huge Alsation dog and she was welcome too. Food in pub excellent. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay. more
