We came here for a relaxing weekend away with the girls, and were absolutely blown away by the house! We were a large group and were more than accomodated by the generous bedrooms, each with their own gorgeous ensuites, beautiful decoration and linens. Downstairs, Lesley (the owner) lights the fire in the living room for you when you get back... More

From arrival to departure Paul and Lesley could not have been better hosts, warm and friendly but discreet. A special birthday meal was prepared for us and served in a beautiful dining room on the first night and we had one more meal later in the week. The food was delicious, Lesley is a wonderful cook, the rest of the... More

We stayed here just one night. We arrived in the the afternoon of our stay and was greeted with a friendly smile, and a lovely cream tea with home made warm scones and jam, lush. Our suite was very large, traditional, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large twin basins and a roll top bath overlooking the beautiful views over... More

We stayed for a week at Patchole Manor with our 2 children, my parents and 3 dogs. The house is wonderful with lots of space and superbly decorated. The kitchen has an Aga and is definitely the heart of the home. Each one of the bedrooms has an en-suite and they are decorated to the highest standards, we all said... More

What a beautiful place, cant recommend enough. A group of 6 adults, 3 babies and a dog stayed at the Manor for a week and despite mixed weather had a great stay. The house is elegantly dressed, the rooms are spacious and what a relief to find decent showers! Lesley and Paul are great hosts, providing a warm welcome -even... More

We rented the Manor for a week's holiday, taking 3 dogs with us. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Lesley cooked us a super dinner for a surprise birthday party and Paul was the most pleasant "waiter" we could have wished for! Their easygoing, casual manner made us feel entirely at home and the setting is just so... More

I hired Patchole Manor for a week for my 50th birthday celebrations purely from the website, so was somewhat nervous that it may not be as good as it looked from the photos. I needn't have worried because the house and rooms are beautiful, and Lesley is the most welcoming host, and a fantastic cook. Nothing was too much trouble... More

Just returned from a two day stay at Patchole Manor. What a great place to stay! The manor is in very peaceful countryside and Lesley and Paul have renovated this old farm house to a very high and tasteful standard with beautiful bedrooms and a very relaxing and welcoming feel. Great food and hospitality . Thoroughly recommended. More
