Lovely b&b. Host could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Very clean and well presented accommodation. Great breakfast. We haven't used bed and breakfast accommodation for over 20 years and, after this stay, will definately start using it again.

Mill farm is in a great location, close to Exeter, close to Dartmoor and minutes from a couple of great restaurants and pubs. the breakfast here is really good and the people running this place are superb. if i ever come back to this part of the world i would certainly stay here again

It's a fairly basic b ad b , but comfortable on a small farm 15 minutes from Exeter. It's on a rural road, but the traffic is light and not much at night so sleeping is ok. Just stayed the one night, dropping off our son at the university. Delia was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. Everything was very clean.
