Have visited when on business in the area for the last four years and can honestly say this is one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. Rooms are immaculate and comfy - breakfast is fresh local produce with a full selection to choose from. Nothing is to much trouble - will stay here every time I... More

I can't recommend this wonderful guest house enough, Polly and Harry can't do enough to make your stay in their lovely home more enjoyable. The breakfast on offer every morning was a feast and Polly's desire to add on extras to everything made choosing almost impossible! Spacious and comfortable bedrooms which were immaculately clean, with en suite facilities and free... More

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at Old Mill House, in fact we really didn't want to go home, it was so glorious. Polly is such a nice lady and nothing is too much trouble, a great breakfast but not if you want to lose weight! delightful surroundings and watching all the wildlife in the garden whilst... More

Polly is the perfect host - attentive, generous, calm and kind. She looked out for ways to assist me while I was here and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was perfect - clean and with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and her menu varied, including everything I needed for a perfect start to the day. The... More

Dear Readers, Not to mention the lovely house (Old Mill), comfy room(I think we were in the best one, Number 3 - there is no Number 2 because that is now Number 3's spacious bathroom) and tasty breakfast(freshly laid eggs courtesy of the birds). Near the end of the M5 and easy to find. Near to Exeter, the Double Locks... More

B&B In the Coutryside close to Exeter and motorway. Very freindly owners in which they personalise your stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The Garden is very beautiful and being in the countryside brings a lot of wildlife to the garden. Polly has also range of outside animals that produce my eggs in the morning : best eggs I have... I stayed here a year or so ago whilst undertaking a course for work and kept meaning to right a review. I had an absolutely superb stay. Beautiful home made omlettes from the eggs of their own hens and a lovely room. I really can't praise Polly enough. I've stayed in a lot of B&Bs over the years and this... More

Lovely cute B+B and so friendly. They really personalise your stay to meet your needs. pretty rooms, very clean and the garden was very beautiful. I would recommend for couples or solo stays and is a short distance to Exeter city centre without the high room fees.

Spent two nights here over graduation weekend and it is fabulous. Rooms are wonderful, attention to detail, second to none - quality streets begging to be eaten in the corridor! Beautiful gardens, amazing birdlife and Polly is very welcoming and helpful.
