I was upgraded from a single to a twin room on the top floor, which was clean and spacious, very quiet (apart from the seagulls in the morning!) Lots of choice of tea/coffee/chocolate drinks in the room. Breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit, croissant, cooked breakfast. I would recommend and definitely stay again. Very friendly staff. Parking in road at... More

This B&B offered a clean and comfortable bedroom of reasonable size on the first floor with the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. A convenient bench top table in the corner of the bedroom had a jar of premium quality pre-ground coffee and a French press plunger, electric jug, tea bags, long life milk and drinking mugs. This was appreciated.... More

Third time I've stayed here and as always, accommodating, friendly, very clean....just excellent all round. The price is VERY reasonable for the location. Absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a short or long stay.

My wife, my son (age 10) and I spent 2 nights there in June while on a trip through the countryside. We stayed in the Bathsheba Everdene room on the first floor. The room was spacious, very clean, bright. The bathroom was tiny but perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and breakfast delicious. I am looking forward to... More

We arrived at the town house early evening to a very warm welcome. Our room and the small bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Being at the top of the house, with 2 other rooms, we thought we might hear some noise, but our stay was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast really was top notch. Fresh fruits, strawberries, blueberries,... More

I would recommend this B&B highly. The staff member who greeted me and served breakfast was friendly, the room comfy and the breakfast wonderful. It is within easy walking distance of the centre. I will return!

We stayed here for 3 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Dorian Gray room, which was very clean and comfortable. The en suite bathroom was clean too but very small. We slept very well, all three nights and were never disturbed. We decided to have a continental breakfast each morning, the croissants were very tasty... More

I and my wife came over to Exeter to visit my wife's younger brother whom is currently studying here. Based on the previous good reviews of this accomodation, we decided to throw our faith and dollar in for this place for a 2D1N stay. Yes, we are indeed happy and glad to report over here that both our faith and... More

This is a very traditional British B&B, simple and cosy like your own home. I chose the room "Darcy" by looked up on the website picture. We just needed a nice and clean room that was big enough for my 2 luggage to fit in. This room is large enough even though the bathroom is tiny, but again we could... More

We chose this B and B for my daughter's hen weekend and booked all the rooms. It was perfect. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, letting us use the dining room bringing our own drinks and take away. There is also a pretty garden and conservatory which we had the sole use of. There were lots of fresh flowers... More
