Stayed here whilst on my works leaving do. The hotel was very nice attached to a Beefeater. The hotel look either brand new or newly refurbished. Pleasant reception staff although it did take a while to get booked in - bit of confusion and too hot that day to mess around. Room was lovely and again sparkling new. The bed... More

I was a bit disappointed when my husband told me he'd booked us into a Premier Inn for two nights when we went to Exeter last week for a family wedding. However, I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was a good size. Comfy bed, but quite high - I practically had to jump on board and some really nice... More

Had an overnight stop off, quite like the premier inn idea nowadays with good beds and a buffet breakfast of reasonable/ good quality. It is an old tatty looking site but easy to get to. Plenty of parking which makes a change . Nice welcome but guy proved useless when we had wifi issues, couldn't get connected and the card... More

On a stop over from ferry back home we received a warm welcome and a nice quiet nights sleep. Rooms spotlessly clean, convenient location. Breakfast great!! Staff efficient and pleasant as usual. Safe parking for motorcycles. Have stopped at several Premier Inns over the years and this one didn't disappoint.

I am a great fan of Premier Inns but this one lacked something. Certainly not the attached restaurant (have eaten there often when passing). The room I was in was smaller than normal and I was not a fan of the wardrobe space which was in some new style and not very big. Cleanliness was superb as usual. Inn was... More

Stayed here for one night as we went to a 21st birthday nearby. Check in was easy and went straight to our rooms which we thought would be noisy being near the main roundabout but it wasn't at all. The room was set back towards the park and you couldn't hear any traffic it was peaceful. The beds were very... More

Stayed here for one night for a wedding the following day. Rooms are recently refurbished and there is little to complain about. The free WiFi is nice, but signal is poor in Room 42. It feels as though it may be coming from the reception which is the other side of the car park, so maybe a booster is needed... More

Nice clean room and friendly staff as we expect with a Premier Inn. Hotel is beside a busy roundabout so expect a lot of traffic noise if you wish to have a window open. Adjoining Beefeater reached through internal connecting door.

A nice clean quiet place to stay. Friendly local staff who can advise about what ins happening . A fair selection of food for the continental breakast with good coffee. I would stay there again when in the area. Easy access to city centre.
