Don't bother find somewhere else . Had a room down a paper thin walled corridor to a bed in a funny smelling room. With the bars outside smoking area right outside my window Booked by my work , so think i need to find a new job !!
The hotel is close to motorway junction just off the main road into Exeter.
The bedroom we had was a twin on the ground floor which was quite small but nevertheless clean and tidy. The corridor to the room is narrow so beware if you have special needs such as using a walking frame. Step up from lounge area.
