We found that most everything to be very good and the staff particularly good. We had a problem with our key ( card type ) and a very helpful maid, helped us twice. My wife and I stayed at this hotel very soon after it opened. It was great - clean, comfortable, large room and very central. The wifi was very expensive however and the hotel has not parking available. Recommended. more

We spent one night here in early Sep and was expecting much more than what we got for the price of £99 a night (excluding breakfast!). Stayed here as a stopover point from London to Cornwall. Was a nice, new, clean hotel. Staff was courteous, and room was good.
