We enjoyed 3 nights in a very comfortable well appointed room, with our dog. Sally was very helpful in suggesting a suitable room when we booked. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice, and specials too. There was a garden to exercise the dog. We hope to return in the future.

Rydon Farm is a wonderful place. Sally is a very warm host and we felt very welcomed and at home. Our beds were extremely comfortable and our shower pristine with all the extras! The breakfast was delicious with so many choices and even "specials"! It is in an excellent position for walking with great restaurants either a walk or short... More

Having stayed in numerous places throughout the UK on business I found Rydon Farm to be a welcome change for the better. Perfectly clean and very well appointed rooms. A warm welcome and non intrusive. The breakfast is excellent. I will be back again and again. Sally is a wonderful host and having stayed three times so far, it's like... More

The middle of nowhere, with dairy cows outside your bedroom window, surrounded by long devon lanes with high hedges. Excellent breakfast, nice showers, clean and well kept. It is what it says it is, a farmhouse! There is a nice garden to relax in if the weather is good, pubs that are walkable IF you are in good shape and... More

Cannot praise Sally & her lovely B & B highly enough. The room was beautifully furnished (stylish & comfortable), impeccably clean, well supplied with range of teas, coffees, filter coffee, hot choc & biscuits. The bathroom looked brand new & had a lovely powerful shower & fluffy towels. Very peaceful location, really enjoyed hearing the cows queuing up for milking... More

This B&B on a working dairy farm a few miles out of Exeter is a beautiful place to find tranquility without being too far away from the busy city. We found it to be the perfect jumping off point for several day trips - Dorchester, Plymouth, St Ives, the Eden Project. And there are a couple of great pubs nearby... More

We chose this B&B because we needed somewhere close to Exeter and the M5, but wanted comfort and a warm welcome (thank you TripAdvisor). Sally gave us a lovely welcome and suggested we moved room after a night for a larger room. We wanted a room we could sit in and Sally made sure we had one. Everything was clean... More

We have stayed at number of B&B's in the South of England and can add that Rydon Farm, in agreement with previous guests, offers very comfortable quality accommodation. Bathroom facilities are certainly above normal standards not that we can vouch for every bedroom having taken residence on the ground floor sizable offering with an unusual large colour TV.
