Would definitely recommend a stay here. Staff very friendly and yes, they do help with bags to the room. We stayed in a Small Double (£85) and it was absolutely fine. First impressions were excellent, reception/bar/restaurant are stunning and all finished to a very high standard. Unfortunately the story isn't continued once you head up the stairs to the bedrooms, ours certainly wasn't of the same high standard and definiltey not worth £150/night.
