This is a great place to stay, beautifully renovated with all mod cons but still with character retained. We had the Masters room with a great big four poster, very very comfortable indeed, a nice big bathroom and spotlessly clean throughout. Spent five nights at The Old Homestead. A highly recommended B&B option for exploring the Lakes. Jayne and Zen made us feel very welcome and were a mine of local knowledge from the best pubs to great walks to suit us. Would recommend to anyone wanting B&B in a very beautiful location.
