We have stayed at Avalon several times. Hosts are wonderful, views beautiful,rooms clean and comfy and the breakfasts divine. The only criticism of the breakfasts is that it's really hard to decide what to have. Another review said that ear plugs have been provided as too noisy. Absolute hogwash! My wife, her sister, sisters husband and I stayed here, what an fantastic place to stay, so very clean, breakfast is excellent, we had rooms overlooking the gardens and sea, beautiful location and the owners couldn't do enough, the owners met us at the car park, took our luggage and from then on nothing was too much trouble, highly recommended. Our stay at "The Avalon" was a lovely relaxing break. We were made to feel welcome and at home from the start. The room was wonderful - spotless and comfortable with an amazing view. We had a lovley few nights stay at The Avalon in Tintagel. The rooms were modern, clean and very pretty with great views over the island.
