We visited for 2 nights for a family wedding in Launceston. Welcomed by Derek when we arrived, He is a nice guy, very friendly and helpful telling us about local places to eat. When telling Derek we were going to Launceston he even offered to lend a sat nav. The room was nice, a very good size with a sea... More

We are glad that your stay was enjoyable and you found Pendrin House friendly comfortable and value for money. We would hope to see you again in... More

Although Derek and Jo were fantastic hosts, the room facilities and breakfast deals were lacking a great deal and we were left feeling very disappointed! The room seemed nice and comfortable at first glance. However, as we settled in, the glitches began to show. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and was quite rickety. So was the wardrobe, which was on... More

We welcome constructive comments and always endeavour to deal with any problems during our guests stay but as yours, except one, were never raised until departure we were oblivious. At departure you requested a refund for not receiving Battered Haddock ( which is not even on the menu ).and you were politely told this was out of the question, but... More

Great B and B in Tintagel Warm clean friendly and helpful. Great views good size rooms excellent base for walking. If you do plan a walk that isn't circular make sure you can get back as the bus service is non existent or poor at best. Get the names of some taxi cabs. We walked to Port Isaac which is... More

A beautiful B&B, well positioned to walk either into Tintagel or along the coast walk, rooms beautiful but our hosts Jo and Derek were amazing. They helped us in so many ways but mainly with a severe health issue, organising medical assistance and offering to move us to another room to avoid stairs. They were so kind and helpful, nothing... Have stayed here on many occasions, rooms have tea making facilities and a TV and are serviced daily. Breakfast's (there is a varied choice to suit all tastes) are substantial and set you up for the day. The hosts Dave and Jo are both friendly and easy to get on with. It is located close to the costal path if... More

We found this place by chance. Jo, the landlady, was so kind to us and my wife was so impressed by the cleanliness of the room that we stayed the night. We popped down to St Ives and were late back (don't rely on sat nav. in Devon and Cornwall). Jo and Dave waited up for us and even leant... More

A nice, neat clean bed and breakfast. The room was quite large and pleasant. The bathroom was very roomy and clean as well. Our breakfast was very good. The hosts, Jo and Dave, were very welcoming and friendly and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy Tintagel. The bed and breakfast itself is on the edge of... More
