Breakfasts are as good as any I have had in 20 years of touring. The rooms are very well furnished and we had a great sea view, even from the bath we could see the waves crashing. Great hosts too. more
This is a wonderful place from which to explore the ruins of Tintagel and the northern Cornwall region. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts are extremely gracious and keep the main house and cottage in excellent condition. Breakfast was quite good. Be sure to take the nearby walk to the Coastal Path - it is beautiful! more
After spending the usual three weeks touring the UK we found ourselves in beautiful Cornwall and stombled upon this wonderful old house. Stated as the former home of Admiral Sir Francis Drake and J.B. Priestley the author, we were amazed at the low price and high standards of both food and accomodations.
