Booked late and when we got there we had a lovely room- very clean with TV and satellite - comfy bed - hot drinks facility and complimentary toiletries. We stopped off here for the night before going to the castle in the morning. It has very clean rooms in an attached building, a good central location in the middle of the village, really good food (better than your usual pub grub) and nice friendly staff. We were treated and welcomed in like locals. Lovely.

A most enjoyable short break. The hotel was very accommodating, comfy bedroom and facilities. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Excellent food. Breakfast excellent- freshly cooked. Lovely hot toast. Will recommend and return again. The waitress on sunday morning was rushed off her feet, but coped admirably.
