We haven't been to St.Ives for a few years. We stopped for lunch at the sloop inn. Quirky pub. We both had fish dishes which were very good. We would visit again. The day we were there was a rare sunny day, so no room outside everyone making the most of the sun. The Sloop is also dog friendly

Come to St Ives for 2 days, went fur a walk and come across this pub. It's very small but very quirky. We only had drinks but the food came out smelt and looked really nice. Staff very friendly, would go back. The views from the windows where very nice, really enjoyed sitting here watching people.

Having not been to st Ives for 3 or 4 months we were so looking forward to our crab sandwich at the sloop . The last time we ate there we had the platter for two , at the price roughly £35 , which with the lobster was superb . Because we were booked in at the hotel , with... More

A great pub with lovely staff making you very welcome. Sitting outside you have an amazing view of the harbour. Prices are very reasonable for such a location Great place to sit and watch the world go by and enjoy the view. Worth a visit and we will return if in the area.

Really nice original pub on the front, original boxed off rooms with plenty of character, and clean. Good old fashioned food. Staff very efficient. Don't be put off by the toilets being on the front, very unusual but at least it is well ventilated. Very nice pub.

This pub and its location is second to none. It is virtually on the beach and it made me think of smugglers. Great lunch all different beers and wines - excellent. I was only sorry we did not wait until Santa Claus arrived together with the three camels!

Love the Sloop, love the food, love the beer, love the atmosphere. Our Fish and Chips were fabulous and served with a smile and efficiently. The staff are helpful and patient especially with the people outside! Hate the video loop in the bar - Pointless irritation!
