We have just returned from a weekend trip to St Ives and we couldnt have chosen better accommodation. It was fantastic in all aspects from the rooms to the location / views and especially the breakfasts, which was a perfect way to start the day. We would highly recommend this b&b to any travellers and Grahame was a great host. more

Have just returned from 3 day stay in Suite 1. Accommodation is as good as described by previous writers, breakfast is superb, Grahame is informative, friendly, and helpful. We did have a big 4x4 and had no problem parking outside. Only criticism is our stay put us in such a good mood we spent more than planned in the local... more

We stayed here some time ago and I made a promise that I would post a review based on the amazing service and hospitality we received. Just As we arrived (after a 6 hour drive) my husband took a call to say his father was seriously ill. Graham (the proprietor) went out of his way to help us. We needed... more

This is not a typical B&B, it is more a boutique style hotel. I stayed for 4 nights earlier in April and was impressed with the standard of accommodation and the wonderful art which adorns the walls throughout. The owner, Grahame, is a very welcoming host and has excellent taste. Suite one is is spacious and beautifully furnished. The views... more

I stayed at Number 11 the week prior to Easter. The Hotel is sumptiously decorated throughout , with local Artists' work adorning the walls- Absolutely spotless and the owner, Grahame, has an amazing attention to detail and consideration to his guests. Breakfasts were as good as any 5* hotel I've stayed in (such as Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg). I stayed... more

This is a lovely, stylish and welcoming place to unwind in. Graham is a great host and we thoroughly enjoy our stay. Our room was beautiful and a great space to relax in, read, take in the view and watch the sun go down with a nice glass of wine with a great view St. Ives. Recommended. Josh and Lorraine more

We stayed at 11 Sea View for two nights and were very impressed with the high quality of service and accommodation on offer, (we stayed in suite 2), the breakfast was fantastic (made to order) and the welcome given by Grahame made our stay the best we have ever had in Cornwall. Over the last ten years or so we... more

Visited 11 St Ives in May 2008 and wanted to stay in the best guest house in town. This is undoubtedly it. The guest house is a recently refurbished and upgraded Victorian town house located approx 200 yards from the train station overlooking the town. The view of the harbour from our room on the first floor was one as... more

This is as good as Bed & Breakfast gets. My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights and it was a real drag to leave. Grahame, who owns 11 Sea View Terrace, is a seriously good host and nothing was too much trouble. We took the Suite at the top of the Terrace which had great views of St Ives.... more

Got back from 11 Sea View Terrace today and thought I should post a comment straight away. This is a thoroughly modern property overlooking the sea with every possible creature comfort. The hotel is run and owned by Grahame who could be the best host i have ever encountered (and I have been too quite a few places). The breakfasts... more
