The woners of the B and B have been doing this for years and they really enjoy it. Our room was large, extremely clean and had it's own private balcony (I think they all do). The breakfast was excellent. I expected the usual awkward conversation over breakfast, but everyone is having such a lovely time that it is very relaxed... more

This small hotel is just a wonderful place to stay in St Ives. It is far enough out of the centre to be quiet but only a 10 minute walk into town. The furnishings are lovely and luxurious, the balcony fabulous and the breakfast is of the highest quality. Although it is a small hotel you do not feel intruded... more

We liked our stay at Rathlena. The room was real Englisch. We liked the view of our room. We also had a balcony where we could drink our wine! Rathlena is an excellent place to stay when you like the comfort of a good room and the cosiness of a small B&B more
