Well positioned quiet b&b with free parking within easy walking distance of lovely St Ives town and beaches. Room 3 has nice sea view, a little small as a double but well fitted out , very clean and beautifully decorated. Great breakfast. Good value. Recommended.

Anyone who has been to St Ives before knows that having a parking space is a fantastic bonus. B and B was very clean, great breakfast, good location and nice hosts. Didn't allow children but we left ours with my parents. He He!
