The host was pleasant and helpful, very beautiful location (if you don't need to carry a large luggage). It was a relaxed and relaxing stay in the clean and pleasantly decorated room. The breakfast was the bast one I've had in B&B. This will be my only choice in next time.

Like a home-from-home, a relaxed and relaxing environment. Light, airy, clean, pleasantly decorated. Comfortable room, and comfortable facilities. Excellent continental breakfast at a shared table in the front room - it's ready for 9am, just so you know. Tea and coffee independently available 24/7, as well as a selection of books, DVDs and games. Walking distance from town, and from... More

We rally enjoyed our stay at Lordryans. We stayed in the apartment which was lovely, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted by Marianne who made us feel very welcome, which set the tone for our stay. Lovely place, really handy for the beach (porthmeor, the best one) and local shops and restaurants. There is a (hot)... More

Great breakfast and terrific location. Rooms were clean and neat. The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful. Free dvd to watch was also a bonus. Short walk to the harbour and restaurants. Only drawback was the shared bathroom but it was clean and tidy.

Great location. Beautifully decorated and very clean bedrooms. Delicious breakfast, and friendly hosts. Superb value! Only downsides were: - Shared facilities. Not generally a problem, but one morning we had a bit of a wait to get into the shower. - We had to park in a public car-park a bit of a walk away. The cost of this was... More

The host was lovely, the breakfast - in this nice bright lounge - too (pancakes, fresh fruit, ......). Room number 3 at the first floor has a wunderful nautical theme. There are beautiful costal walks and 5 beaches in St. Ives. The habour is perfect for the evening.

We loved everything: the location, the room itself, the views and of course the host. Besides St Ives is just an amazing place to be. Look no further. I'm guessing the only concern potential travellers may have is shared facilities. I personally think it's not a problem at all. Shower / WC were always very clean and available :)

LordRyans was a great beginning to our SW Coast walk. Good location, very close to harbor and village centre, accommodating B&B with bright lounge area, brilliant breakfast, knowledgeable proprietor. Visit the Tate, walk the seaside.
