What more can we add from our previous reviews of this gorgeous property, a perfect stay once again. This time we stayed in the Bay Suite and in fact I think I preferred it, bed was larger and more comfy, beautiful views from two windows looking over the bay, food amazing as always. Malcolm and his staff should all be... More

My wife and I stayed at Blue Hays for 2 nights at the end of September and were very lucky to have both excellent accommodation and weather. The hotel was booked as a result of seeing the reviews on this website and although we were booking late, we managed to obtain a cancellation, albeit in the most expensive room. The... More

This was our first visit and having read all the incredible reviews, we were expecting something special. We were not disappointed and Malcolm and the whole team could not have done more to make our stay wonderful. The decor is incredible, the views stunning, the food brilliant and the rooms wonderfully comfortable. I have stayed in top London hotels many... More

Malcolm Herring and staff welcomed us to this beaut5iful Boutique, and impeccably maintained B&B.all within walking distance of St. Ives, and a perfect place to use for a Cornwall visit. Comfortable and spacious rooms, great breakfasts. and incredible views.

Once again, we visited Blue Hayes and were delighted with everything. The service is constantly perfect and the hotel always looks as good as new. Malcolm and his staff host the hotel in the most friendly and helpful way and the breakfast menu is so comprehensive why would you want to go anywhere else? We will be back there again... More

Just returned from yet another great stay in St Ives. As per normal Malcolm and his team were very welcoming which always makes us feel so relaxed from the moment we arrive. This year we tried 2 new walks; one from Godrevy round to Hells Mouth and back were we saw a seal colony (see enclosed photo), and the other... More

Just visited this hotel last weekend for my wife's birthday. The hotel is a credit to Malcolm and his staff. the decor and ambience are terrific. Breakfast menu is a masterpiece and the food was great. Stayed in for their light supper on two evenings - only cold food available, however the choice and quality was second to none -... More

Our second stay at the Blue Hayes lived up to all our expectations. Everything was still perfect, lovely friendly staff (and owner!), pristine decoration, spotlessly clean, fabulous breakfasts - and of course the breathtaking views were the same. It is impossible to fault this lovely private hotel - it is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, a wonderful... More
