Once again Pedn Olva reaches the parts that other hotels just cannot reach. The location is fantastic, set on a cliff looking down onto Westminster beach and on the other side the quaint harbour village of St Ives. Fantastic setting..not really advisable if you have walking problems. View beatiful especially if yoiu have good weather..we did not ..but still great. Room small...ensuite in what appeared at first to be the wardrobe..but all clean and fittings good. Avoid if you're the kind of person who thinks a £140-a-night hotel should splash out on clean, new rooms and two-ply toilet paper. Otherwise, the views are superb, and the location is good. more

This hotel has stunning views over St Ives , an ideal spot for lunch but, make sure you are early and if you happen to arrive 5 minutes for the 2.00pm deadline and ask for lunch, you will be told NO. Very unfriendly, unhelpful and their clocks are all too fast - or they can't read the time. more

We stayed at the pedna olva in december, the rooms were small and getting a little tired, great views tho. we were in basement, just two rooms there, could here people walking above our heads, and when the people in the next room left at 8am, the cleaner came in and started banging the doors, (fire doors on a spring)... more
