We held our annual West Country Writers' Congress at the Chy-an Albany last weekend, and they couldn't have made us more welcome. Working in the trade, I booked the hotel for a writers congress. It was an excellent stay, in spite of a major flood 2 weeks earlier. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. the west country writers conference was held at the chy an albany over a may weekend. Despite having had a disastrous flood only a week before, the hotel management provided us with an excellent conference, with good food, friendly service, good facilities for book room and conference room for 50.
