We'd travelled for 2 days with overnight stop to get here. The setting was marvellous but could we get parked! We left the car at the front door! The hotel is superbly situated close to a magnificent beach and had excellent views from the sea view room for which we had paid extra but was well worth it. We only had a 2 day stay at the hotel and in the main we enjoyed it. I just felt there were small areas that could have had a little more attention paid to them. Booked for 3 nights but spent only two! We were hugely dissapointed in the rooms, just wasn't as comfortable as first thought. The location is amazing but you do feel the hotel managemant have stopped trying due to this and the customer service leaves alot to be desired! On arrival I was very impressed with the location of this hotel (It helped that the sun was shining) as i love beaches. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and checked us in quickly. Luckly we were only on the second floor as there are no lifts and a porter was not available to help with our two heavy bags.... more

Booked five nights in superior double room. First impression, car park needs retarmacing. Receptionist pleasant.
