Fantastic location if you want to be right in the heart of it - if you're wanting early, quiet nights, this is not for you! However, it was perfect for us as we loved the atmosphere and convenience. We had a room on the top floor at the back so weren't disturbed by any noise from the street, and the... More

Upon arriving at The Queens Hotel we had our doubts as to what we were getting to as the welcome is a pub and the access to the rooms is out a side door and up quite a winding stairway to the top floor, but all doubts left when we saw our room. It was the nicest room we stayed... More

Had a short break here as part of our honeymoon in th west country and I was a bit disappointed hence low review. Room was described as one of their best. It was clean, but a bit tired and the general quality of fittings, TV etc was pretty low by todays standards. The shower leaked into downstairs room and without... More

Having eaten here and enjoyed a few drinks while on holiday in St Ives last year, we decided to book here for dinner again as we really enjoyed it first time round. Quite honestly, we had forgotten quite how good the food was and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The prices were very reasonable for such good quality food. Service was... More

We had 2 nights at The Queens and we thoroughly recommend this great hotel. Centrally placed, great food, friendly staff and a well equipped and comfortable room was our privilege. We were treated to local entertainment in the bar by way of an Open Mic night. Fabulously talented musicians came and showed their skills 👍😉

We never actually stayed at the Queen's Hotel so the poor rating needs a full explanation. Not knowing St. Ives at all or the awful traffic there, we had to choose a place to stay from Trip Advisor recommendations. When we actually arrived, the town was heaving. Its narrow one way streets were packed with holidaymakers, most of whom were... More

Stayed 3 nights in room 9 on the first floor, overlooking the high street Booked a superior double. Our room was ok, clean enough, although bed was a hard, not at all comfy, standard double. There are king size beds advertised, so not sure why our superior room would not have one. I did expect a little more from a... More

Great pub with good drink selection. Bedrooms were simple but clean and tidy. We did get woken up in the morning by seagulls and street sweepers but life goes on. Bit of a walk to the closest car park but no further than all others in StIves. Can't fault the location though and would recommend.

We didn't stay at the hotel but ate there twice is our time in St. Ives. The food was great, my husband loved the light batter on his fish and chips and we enjoyed the cheese board. Star of the show though was our waiter Ed who looked after us very well and his easy banter made us want to... More

We had a lovely stay here, the beds are really comfy and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was wonderful and we even had Sunday roast which was divine. The onlyy downfall was the noisy seagulls but then this is to be expected staying in a seaside town
