My best friend and I enjoyed a 3-night stay and were really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the restaurant and overall experience! Our room was nicely decorated, with a nice new bathroom and plenty of storage space and all important sockets for straighteners and charging phones! We enjoyed the generous breakfast and the cooked to order full English was... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in June 2015 and the stable suite with my husband and elderly mother. Stable suite was ideal for us as we were worried about being on hand fi my mother got into difficulty so this worked out very well. Not cheap though! Would have benefitted from a door between the main double bedroom/sitting room and... More

The Longcross Hotel & Gardens is a nice place to stay when you go around Cornish countryside. The biggest praises go to the staff as they all were very friendly and welcoming. The room we had was on the top floor right next to the water containers - as its a very old Victorian building the pluming system was pretty... More

Pleasant location with good views. Hotel whilst pleasant enough was a little tired in places. Spanish waiter very friendly but management team were lack lustre. Could do with being more customer friendly. Could be a very nice hotel with a little more money spent on general upkeep.

Myself and a friend spent one night at The Longcross Hotel on a recent trip around Cornwall and found this to be the perfect place to stay near to Port Isaac. We arrived early evening and enjoyed a delicious meal at the on site restaurant with stunning views of the sunset over the sea. Our accommodation was very comfortable and... More

This great hotel and garden. I have visited lots of time over the past 30+ years. We only stopped for drinks and the atmosphere, service and drinks were great. The lovely conservatory offers lovely views (even on grey days!) up the coast via Tintagel and up to Bude and beyond

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. Our room had a fantastic view and a very large comfy bed. The views from the restaurant are amazing. A full English breakfast with fresh ingredients.

I have just returned home from a wonderful week in the Longcross hotel with friends and family. Our room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and the views spectacular. We enjoyed our walks in the gardens as well as to Port Quin, Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly and helped... More

I spent a wonderfully relaxing 6 days with friends. It really was 'home from home'. All the staff were courteous and friendly remembering that you liked copious amounts of coffee in the morning, remembering that you took soya milk and always being attentive yet unobtrusive. The food was delicious with home-made puddings and the breakfasts were faultless - vegetarians very... More
