We were given a weekend stay at this hotel as a Christmas present from our daughter and son-in-law. We were not sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. We were met by Paul and Gino, shown to a lovely room (5) with a smashing view. The breakfast was first class as was the service shown to us... More

I was stuck in Port Isaac on Sunday 10 Jan with a flat battery and popped into this neat establishment to ask to use the phone as mine was at home. The man who attended to me drove his car down and used his cable to jump start my car. No bother at all he said when thanked. If they... More

We had to change our booking due to unforeseen circumstances, Paul was very understanding and wasn't a problem. We requested room 7 which was clean and comfortable. The view of the coast was breath taking. Paul was very helpful and Gino the Great Dane is such a good boy. Good breakfast served to order. We will definitely return.

Stayed in room 11 lovely room with great views & a whirlpool bath, lots of character & comfy bed. Nice & quiet on top floor. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Only short walk into town. Everyone was very friendly, including the dog : ) would definitely go back

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of September. On arrival I was disappointed with the standard of our room, the décor was dated and tired and the bathroom was particularly old with a grubby appearance. The hotel certainly was not reflective of the pictures on the hotel website. We are regular visitors to Cornwall and have certainly stayed... More

On the morning we left Paul gave us the opportunity for a photo shoot with Gino.. Gorgeous dog.. I would recommend the Bay Hotel as... More

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and this continued throughout our stay. The hotel is situated looking over the bay with uninterrupted views of the beautiful coast line. It is very clean and has some very interesting memorabilia from WW2 and the Damn Busters plus Doc Martin. Paul the... More
