Certainly not worthy of the 5 star rating and the high room prices. Very average with a very isolated location. Long way from port isaac. Will stay in port Isaac next time we visit Cornwall.

Jocelyn and David made us feel very welcome - they are both a font of local knowledge - their hospitality and excellent hosting along with the first rate breakfast and lovely room (Lavender) has made us decide that next time we will stay longer. A great place.
