We had a wonderful stay, even extending a night! Nancy could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast in the conservatory was the perfect way to begin a day. Our room was more than comfortable. We fell in love with Port Isaac and had a hard time leaving. This was the most memorable vacation we've ever had, and we... More

If you're walking the south west coast path this is a great place to stay . Rooms are not ensuite but there's a nice bathroom , a big conservatory and a warm welcome from Nancy. It's a very comfortable place to stay with wifi, TVs and a great breakfast. Nancy also made is a packed lunch for the next day... More

One night at Penderris House with a friend as part of her (special) birthday celebrations. Nancy was warm, welcoming and very personable. Very clean accommodation. I've rarely felt so at home in someone else's house. Great breakfast and Nancy has lots of local knowledge and can therefore give great recommendations about where to eat out and to visit. Like so... Stayed one night during a walking trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable and Nancy, our host, was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was first class for sending us on our way into some appalling weather - as was Nancy's welcome when we returned two hours later from our abandoned walking leg with the appearance of drowned rats!

We stayed here two nights in room #1. This room is spacious with private bathroom. The room is bright and cheery and offers a spectacular view of the harbor. Nancy, a gracious host, serves a fantastic 'full English' breakfast. Port Isaac, a quaint fishing village, is worth a visit. It has several good restaurants. We highly recommend the Penderris and... I stayed at Penderris House on Port Isaac last night and it is a gem, much nicer than the website makes out. Nancy the owner is charming and easygoing, the place is spotless, relaxing with an amazing view of the coastline from 2 of the bedrooms and from the garden in which we were encouraged, and did, sit and read... We stopped over with our host Nancy for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room we were in near the conservatory was spacious and the bed comfortable.... slept like a log. Our room wasn't ensuite, which was a bit of a chew, but we were aware of this. Breakfast was one of the best I have had..... can... More

We really regretted only staying in Port Isaac for one night. Nancy is a quirky, fun and warm hostess! The breakfast in the AMAZING garden room was made with lots of love and catered to our needs. We had the room with the view on the bay and the quality and choice of furniture and the view really added to... More

I stayed two nights at Penderris House, where all guests are warmly welcomed by Nancy, the owner. I had the room upstairs, which has a wonderful view over the bay. The breakfast was delicious. Next time I go to Port Isaac, I want to stay there longer!

Handy for the SW Coastal Path and run by a most welcoming lady. Nancy was an encyclopaedia of local knowledge, full of fun, and an ideal hostess. The bedroom was clean, nicely decorated, and it provided a welcome respite for some tired walkers arriving from Padstow! Breakfast provided something for everyone - healthy cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, as well as... More
