My 2nd stay at "Louisa's" School. Location: Perfect overlooking the Harbor in Religious Studies room. Room: Lovely, very comfy. Tea/coffee supplied was welcoming. View across harbor to Doc's Surgery was wonderful. Loved opening the window on pleasant days for the relaxing and fresh sea air and sounds of seagulls. Dining: Jake, the talented chef, supplies the evening meals presented beautifully... More

We stayed here on Saturday 25th April. We only booked the hotel last minute on that day when we arrived in Port Isaac and stayed in a small double - the music room. The streets in Port Isaac are very narrow and we realised parking was going to be an issue. There are car parks at the top of the... More

excellent welcome from Sam stayed in the Art room, very comfortable and clean, stayed for 2 nights for my wife's birthday. struck up conversations with people who were also staying, who had nothing but good to say about the place. it also has the added advantage of parking, which was a little tight, but huge compared to some other places... We were two couples staying in two standard rooms. The rooms were small, but clean and cozy. Breakfast was good and served in a nice and spacious breakfast room. The Hotel has free parking on their premises. It’s quite a spectacular drive down to the Hotel, and then to ease in to the narrow parking space. The view from the... More

A lovely small hotel with individual rooms looking over the harbour. A well restored school reminiscent of the past. Lovely paintings on the toilet doors and pegs and names in the hall. Very helpful and friendly staff and a tasty breakfast.

Port Isacc was on my husband and my bucket list from watching the Doc Martin TV show. The scenery looked spectacular so we dicided to go. The town, scenery, hotel did not disappoint us. The hotel is charming and extremely clean and the staff are friendly and charming. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The added bonus was that the... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the first time over Easter and were very impressed by every aspect of it. All the staff were always very friendly, polite and eager to please especially Sam, the deputy manager who obviously has a flair for the hotel industry and parking cars! We arrived just as the restaurant was closing,... More

stayed for 4 nights over Easter 2015. A lovely hotel, which was very comfortable and clean. Food is superb, rooms are a delight and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Location was great with the added bonus of on site parking a rarity in this beautiful little fishing village. Will definitely return at least once this season, twice... More

My wife and I have been here several times over recent years, and although certainly not the cheapest way to bed and board while visiting Cornwall, we have always enjoyed the rooms we have stayed in, and been well looked after by the staff. The restaurant area is a great place for a full English breakfast as well as a... More

Fantastic location, lovely staff and a very nice evening meal. When booking the room it was described as having a shared terrace. In reality the shared terrace was the car park which wouldn't have been a problem if it had been described as such. The main problem however was the paper thin walls and ceilings. I was just glad that,... More
