Two nights as a taster of Cornwall. Rooms basic but comfortable. Location excellent. Hospitality of owners and staff-aammaazzing. Great food at reasonable prices and the cooked breakfast-brill. Don't know how they do it for the price. Will definitely go back.

This pub offers reasonable accomodation, good food, very friendly staff at cost effective prices. It ticks the boxes of value for money, central location, good hearty breakfasts at low cost. I really dont understand some of the reviews. Yes like most places it can be improved however, people should always bear in mind what they are paying and judge accordingly

this hotel is in a fantastic village, no parking and you will have to carry your luggage and park up the hill. Dont stay if not fit and healthy. Pub/bar ok nice warm fire, but room awful and cold. Boltonb
