The place is not very well looked after, badly decorated and cold in spite of 2 electrical radiators in our room. The central heating seems to be out of order. On the positive side we have a very pleasant and quite location. Owners are helpfull. Breakfast is plenty and good.

For £60 a night with full breakfast included, one shouldn't expect much more. The people are very friendly and welcoming. That, sadly, is about the only nice thing I can say.

Stayed in the hotel one night in Sept while touring Cornwall. Hotel is easy to locate by the seafront. They have car parking spaces directly in front of the hotel.
