The owners have built a most beautiful place that feels so home from home and the welcome you receive when you arrive let's you know you picked the right place. The rooms... More

This is a top notch bed and breakfast. The moment we arrived we were warmly greeting by Julie and Chris. They bought us a slice of cake and a cup of tea overlooking the sea. A great first impression. They were extremely helpful with places to visit and eat. The room was spacious with a sea view with the beds... More

We stayed for 2 nights before travelling on to the Isles of Scilly. A nice warm welcome from Julie on arrival and a much needed cup of tea was provided. It's about a 15-20 min walk from the train station so if you have lots of luggage u might want to get a taxi. It is located v close to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights for a weekend break in Penzance. Booked a superior sea-view room which we were really pleased with. Ground floor room with lovely views across the sea, large king sized bed & good sized bathroom. Breakfasts were superb with full English, eggs benedict, eggs royale, pancakes & fruit all available. The owners, Julie & Chris, were... More

Julie & Chris went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they work hard to make their B& B a success. We are glad we stayed at Warwick House and it was a good central point for exploring the Cornish coastline.

It,s hard to beat a room that looks out to the bay with seagulls hovering...even if the shower is a tad mercurial. But the lovely breakfast really made our stay here in Penzance. Fresh everything, and presented with superb professional service. Our eggs, done five different ways in our group were great, as were all the accompaniments. A delightful spot... More

After a pleasant walk from the railway station we were warmly welcomed at this delightful B&B. Our room was excellent with a great view of the sea. Chris kindly chilled a bottle of wine for us while we walked round the town. Later we ate at the Turks Head, on his advice, and enjoyed a wholesome meal. The breakfast in... More

We got the train down to Penzance to walk the coastal path and Warwick House was our overnight stay. The owners Chris and Julie were very welcoming, our room excellent with a view of the sea and an extremely comfy bed ensured a good night sleep! We had a fantastic breakfast of Cornish Muffin, scrambled egg, bacon and hog's pudding... More

Stayed for one night in a very pleasant front facing room with sea views. We were welcomed with a pot of tea and cake on arrival which we ate/drank outside in the garden in the sun. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well (I was so impressed with the pillows that I bought some on our return home!)... More
