Last of 17 B&Bs en route from John O'Groats to Lands End. Almost all very good and this was one of the top 3. Would note that we set and achieved average cost of £30 pppn and Blue Seas was above that and most expensive of our trip. Having said that, it was very good value for money. more

All the reviews cover everything we would say. We toured Cornwall for 9 days and the breakfast was by far the best in quality, taste and variety wish I had seen the Pancakes with Maple Syrup my eyes didn't get to the bottom of menu it was so extensive. Really beautifully cooked food by Arnaud, and of course Fiona who... more

As many people have said before, this is a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed a warm welcome, a beautiful sea view and the best breakfasts we've ever had. The room was spacious and clean with a flat screen TV, modern decor and plenty of tea, coffee and bathroom essentials. The green/eco feel of the place was impressive with recycling,... more

From the moment we entered we felt cared for - we were made tea and chatted to the owners, Fiona and Arnaud. We knew we could ask for advice but they made also us feel we could come and go as we wanted. They are a delightful, personable pair and everyone was made to feel special, particularly at breakfast which was... more

It was the best B&B we stayed at. The hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice on places to visits. The rooms are bright, well-decorated and very clean. The place is very cosy with a nice little garden at the front and a living room where you can sit, use the computer or read some books off the... more

We stayed at the Blue Seas this April and found everything to our satisfaction, the location was good once you had found it and about a 10 min walk to town. Our hosts Fiona and Arnaud could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was large and very clean. They served the best breakfast of our two week... more

The location is first-class: right on Penzance Promenade with majestic seaviews towards Mount's Bay. The owners, Arnaud and Fiona, are ever so friendly and we recieved a very warm welcome. The rooms are just faultlessly clean and fresh, whether they are bedrooms or dining-area or lounge. It's worth metioning as well that Arnaud and Fiona are always ready to answer... more
