As a single wrinkly I took a chance on a holiday staying in the Dunedin. The result was so much more than I expected. The single room was on the small side but so what. In all respects the owners and staff set and maintained the highest of standards, a rarity in GB these days. Other reviewers will sing the... More

We fully enjoyed our stay at this B&B. It was quietly situated on the edge of town, yet still close to beach and shops. Fabulous breakfast, friendly and informative host. Bedroom a lovely size, comfortable and with everything you could possibly need. We would recommend this accomodation and would stay again More

We stayed here for three nights. It was a perfect base for a wonderful holiday. I highly recommend. Staff were friendly, and very informative about the local area. More

I was very pleased with my 4 night stay. Room spotlessly clean and well thought out. Location is quiet and under 10 mins walk from the central area and a couple of minutes from the sea front. Central area has plenty of places to eat and a Wetherspoons. On a bus route, but you don't really need that as it's... More

John and his wife were very welcoming even though I arrived late they greeted me with a smile. Breakfast was superb! healthy with lots of fruit and yoghurts. It was quite tricky for me to get back to leeds via newquay airport and John was very helpful in selecting the quickest cheapest train and bus routes back. The location is... More

A quiet comfortable hotel, away from traffic, yet within easy reach of the town centre (1/2 miles). Friendly and helpful staff. More

We stayed at the Dunedin for six nights and were very pleased. I found it here on TripAdvisor and must say that fellow travelers opinions is so fundamental when coming to choose a play to stay. The landlord John was very helpful and friendly, always there for you. The location is good, a ten minute walk from the city, but... More

We stayed for 2 nights in August. We received a warm welcome from John who explained where everything was and showed us to our rooms. We had a family room which comprised of 2 separate rooms next to each other. The main room had 2 very large single beds, comfortable chairs, dresser, cupboards, TV, hospitality tray etc. The bathroom was... More

The Dunedin is a warm and friendly guest house. The staff were polite & always willing to help. I stayed in the single room which was very clean and comfortable with en-suite & tea/coffee making facilities & it was always perfectly made up when i returned each night. Breakfast was served between 8 & 9 each morning with plenty of... More

Have just spent two nights in the Dunedin whilst being in Penzance for a wedding. I would highly recommend it. It's in an excellent location, and is very good quality accommodation. The owners and staff were very friendly, and the ambience is very warm and welcoming. More
