Stayed 19-23 Jan 2015 on a self drive Majestic Holiday. We had a wonderful time and will certainly be returning. Location is brilliant as are the staff. The breakfast and evening meals are to a very high standard. The sea facing room we had was large, clean and warm. Couple of small niggles but too trivial to mention. The conservatory... More

The Queen's is very much a traditional style of hotel. The staff are very helpful and charming. My room was very comfortable with a great view of Mounts Bay. The breakfast was good, a selection of all the usual favourites for those of us who love a 'hotel breakfast'. The evening menu in the restaurant was not particularly imaginative would... More

Stayed as part of a party of 7 single people over New Year. The sea view rooms were comfortable and the food was excellent. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel and a return booking has been made for next new year.

Firstly I love all this Art Deco stuff but the hotel looks old and dated not just on a deco basis but for instance the settees in the bar. Most of the staff are unfailingly helpful and especially in the uk this is appreciated. Last night I turned up at 21.10 and asked for a sandwich was told the chef... More

Our staff are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible; and we were pleased to offer you a late sandwich that you found most appetising. We have stayed here on a few occasions now and thoroughly enjoyed all our meals meals (breakfast and dinner) and the terrific location right on the promenade. Nice lounge areas and staff seem to really care to deliver a welcoming experience for their guests. In truth the fabric of the hotel is past its best, but hotels are more than... More

Very good food , very good service and customer care. The rooms are very clean and comfortable but they do need a little updating. Nothing but a good redecorating is all it really needs. They do allow pets to stay so they are pet friendly .
