We stayed here for three nights and were very pleased with the accommodation, the location and the food. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food both in the evening and at breakfast was beautiful.; we were given ample and the menu was varied. The pub had real charm and we would certainly recommend it !... More

What a gem of a place this old pub is.Very friendly bar staff. The food is excellent and the service is likewise prompt and helpful. We were able to sit outside on a Thursday evening and enjoy the Church bells practice at the Church across the road.Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at the Kings Arms- our room was comfortable and clean and really quirky with an old sloping floor. Ensuite perhaps a little tired but has everything you need. Morvah was really friendly and helpful. Tasty homecooked breakfasts. The pub itself is great with some brilliant entertainment, we had 2 evening meals there and both delicious. Great... More

Very friendly Landlady made us welcome to our last minute booking in room 5 which she had described as small! we would have struggled with more than a one night stay! however Rooms 1 & 2 are fine and would recommend them for a visit as the kings Arms is situated in an excellent position above the Village of Mousehole... A pleasant greeting on arrival from the young barmaid, then we made our choice from a good and varied menu. My wife had nut roast and veggies and I had the Kings arms burger with lovely chips and coleslaw which was superb in taste and portion size. The waitress who brought our food was wonderfully friendly despite it getting busier... More

If you love comfort, friendly people, and places with carachter, this is the right choice! Me and my parents remained 2 nights in The Kings Arms, an old Pub located in a little place just above the beautiful Mousehole. You can either walk (10 minutes) or drive up to the hill and you will find the hotel just next to... More

Woow this place is incredible. The Inn/B&B is part of a local pub that must be at least 300 years old. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. Breakfast is very good, served in the Lounge downstairs. This is a very quaint place and if you are looking for a quiet piece of history this is... More

Had eaten here previously so wasn't sure what to expect this time as previously was not impressed. Need not have worried as the meal we had was excellent. Steak was cooked as requested and trio of fish was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff as well.

I recently stayed here for two nights with my husband and we were extremely impressed with the accommodation, the food and the lovely hospitality afforded by the hardworking staff. The pub is of the traditional type with a good selection of beers and ciders (prices are quite steep but this was the case for all Penzance and Mousehole pubs). However,... More

THE GOOD: Excellent food / friendly, helpful staff / squidgy pillows / snugly quilt / quiet location / beautiful countryside & beaches / quaint villages - Mousehole is within walking distance but you do need good walking legs for the uphill return. THE BETTER: Unexpected treat in a 'Cornish Ceilidh' on Tuesday evenings. THE BEST: Another unexpected treat when Mousehole... More
