I booked this guest house for the weekend Pontypridd were playing The Cornish Pirates in the British and Irish Cup. The ground was a stones throw away and near some local pubs. Perfect location, everything is on your doorstep. The rooms were very clean, modern and great value for money. The rooms had been re-furbished recently which was lovely and exactly what we wanted. The staff were very welcoming and I would love to visit again...Thank you Duporth

We have stayed here a couple of times before, there's not a better place to stay in Penzance. Would once again highly recommend, owners are lovely, rooms are comfy, breakfast is great. Couldn't ask for more from a BandB by the sea.

Friendly owner, clean, a little cluttered but well appointed room, easy walking distance to the pubs, restaurants and sea front, I liked the self service breakfast, but not for everyone as it consisted of tea, coffee, boiled eggs and toast etc.

We stayed here after leaving a terrible hotel the night before. The owners seemed very friendly and were willing to go out their way to get us into the guest house! Originally he offered us the family room at a cheaper rate as there were only 2 of us. On arrival the owner upgraded us to a different room which... More

A lovely place to stay: the owners were so friendly and helpful, and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast was already in the room so you could help yourself whenever you wanted, and the whole atmosphere was just lovely. We really wanted to stay longer! Highly recommended!!!
