B&B located close to the Penzance seafront. My (double) bedroom was tight but with an ensuite shower room. I stayed here in December 2012, and I could not have picked a nicer B & B in Penzance. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The hosts were truly lovely people and made feel very welcome. If anyone is looking for a B & B in this little town, do yourself a favour and stay here.... More

Me and my family stayed here in September this year and had a fantastic stay! Great location just a stones throw from the beach and a short walk into town! Lovely spacious rooms and lovely hosts, couldn't ask for more! Would definitely reccomend to friends and family and will be returning next year!

Stayed for a week and found it a very friendly place! Excellent facilities and location. Breakfast done in the room which is a great idea as i like to sleep in! Good facilities and lots of good recommendations of places to go. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Great value for money too!

Brilliant location not far from the centre of Penzance, very hospitable and accommodating as had heavily pregnant girlfriend at the time, warm friendly family run business, highly recommend!!

we had a very good time at the guest house. everything was clean and the fidge was always full with very nice and fresh food!friendly landlords!
