The Jewel in the crown of Penzance accommodation !! Do yourself a favor and stay here, a little hidden Gem, 1st class and at such a reasonable price. Near to the sea front, parks, town center, and free street parking not a problem outside Also breakfasts are AMAZING !!!

Stayed with my six year old. Fran was brilliant and couldn't be more helpful. Friendly service, very clean room and lovely cooked breakfast. Superior room was worth every penny. 5 mins walk to coast and 5 mins walk to town centre so ideal location.

So pleased you enjoyed your short stay at Keigwin. I hope that the trip home went a lot smoother than the trip down. I look forward to welcoming you both back in the future. Kind regards More

This was my 3rd visit to Keigwin House & my wife's second. The fact we keep coming back speaks for itself. Clean, spacious (we had a "superior" room) and a friendly welcome from Fran. The B&B is well placed, just a few minutes walk from Penzance's shops/pubs/restaurants etc, and from the seafront yet far enough to be quiet at night.... More

The B&B is located on a row of B&B's a short walk (10 - 15 minutes) from the center of Penzance. The street is quiet and residential. My room was very large and nicely decorated. A large bath. Flat screen TV. The owner gives you a list of breakfast items to choose from and they are prepared when you arrive... More

Lovely guest house. Very clean, good breakfasts. Walking distance from all amenities. Fran (the hostess) was really lovely & very accommodating with our early arrival. Able to park right outside. Will definitely stay again

Nice B&B, conveniently located on a quiet street, next to several other B&Bs, with friendly staff. Mousehoule is approx 3miles to the west and St Michaels mount approx 2.5 miles to the east. Close to the B&B are two nice parks where you can just walk around and relax. Had a great time! Thanks Fran!

Fran provided a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty and well prepared with all you could need to keep you going. Would highly recommend for a comfortable but simple place to stay for a short break. As fairly regular visitors to the area we will certainly use again!

Keigwyn House is a brilliant place to stay, we were made very welcome and comfortable by Fran. Its in a great location, not far from the promenade (but without a sea view), and is a lovely homely place to stay. The breakfast was very tasty and set you up for the day. Very good value for money we will definitely... More
