We stayed at Glencree House for one night when ending our there week walk of the coast path in Penzance. Andrew was great. We called him earlier in the day to confirm check in arrangements and we met him on arrival. The home is a very elegant. Our room was very nice and it overlooked the backyard and a lawn... More

Just like last year, I stayed with my mum in this lovely guesthouse because we felt great the last time we were here. This time we had room No. 2 which has a half-view of the sea and gives a view into Andrew's backyard. This time we got to know their little daughter and heard the kids playing in the... More

So enjoyed our short stay right from the moment of being warmly greeted on arrival. The breakfast was superb with the emphasis on the individual, nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel like paying guests, more like friends they were having to stay! Would heartily recommend staying here.

Our room had a nice view and was comfortable and clean. Andrew and Lynsey were excellent hosts and always friendly and ready to help with travel arrangements, packed... More

Glencree is just a lovely place to stay. All the amenities you could want and the best breakfast ever. We arrived dripping wet from biking and Andrew made us right at home in minutes, showed us where to dry our stuff and we settled in to a large very comfortable room.

I've stayed at Glencree for work many times over the last year. Each visit I'm greeted by friendly Andrew and Lynsey who are great hosts, ready to help with everything from restaurant suggestions and bus information to luggage storage. Rooms are always spotless, comfy and bright and the breakfast is delicious! The best B&B in Penzance in my opinion. I'll... More

We wanted a great holiday week in Cornwall and our stay at Glencree house was nothing short of fabulous! The premises are charming and Andrew and Lynsey made us feel very welcome as soon as we stepped in. We got room no. 5 on the second floor which, as promised, had a sea view even when lying on the bed,... More

They made a personal connection with every guest without being intrusive and were always helpful, friendly and very attentive. We would always come back to Glencree House!
