I wrote a review about this park a few years back and gave it three. I went back and have now upped my mark. I can see its been updated with a new shower block and better washing Facilities. The park is perfect for getting to Newquay and is easily within walking distance of the zoo and mini golf course... More

After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit unsure about staying here but I gave it a go....I'm so glad we did! We had pitch 36 which was right at the top of the site. I was expecting to climb Everest as some had mentioned a 'massive hill' but I wouldn't call it a hill...me and... More

We stayed in caravan 189 which is just a one bedroom but I was pleasantly surprised by the size of it for two of us it had everything we needed. Was also very pleased that we were only part way up the hill which is a bit of a killer especially when it's warm weather which we were lucky enough... More

Very peaceful and well kept site. All the basics that you require as a camper. Well positioned pitches and not over crowded. Restaurant food well priced and very nice. Shower and toilet blocks were always clean and tidy. Brilliant situation for Newquay town or surrounding areas. Will definitely return.

Very impressed with the whole place, chalets are clean and spacious enough for 4 adults, very friendly staff, shop and facilities next door are good, the aforementioned hill is a killer with an hangover but there is an easy walk around it. Just one problem.. Newquay has turned in to a real dump!!

This was our first visit to Newquay and we couldn`t have found a better campsite. On arrival we were met by friendly staff and given directions to our pitch ( a bit small but no one was camping next to us for week so staff said we could park our car on next pitch .) The location was brilliant only... More

We stayed in this site as a couple and stayed here 26-2nd august 2014 and we stayed in caravan 168 which was a nice caravan which we found on a private caravan hire site, the caravan itself was lovely was a great size and had everything you need. Newquay town is about 15-20 min walk from the park itself which... More

This was our first stay at the Trenance Holiday park and it wont be our last.... This place was great not to close to Newquay but not to far either a 10-15min max walk to the seafront! The static caravan was spotless and had a good powerful shower decent size fridge for my rattler cyder, and the bedrooms were a... More

Very basic facilities for campers. The floors in the toilets and showers are quite dirty and don't look like they had had a thorough clean in the week that we were there. I saw the floor being brushed but not mopped although what it really needed was a good scrub! The shower pressure varied a lot and sometimes was no... More

I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at Trenance, we try very hard to keep up the standards which recently resulted in the Park being re awarded a 4 star rating by Enjoy England in a surprise inspection. A small independent Park such as ourselves is we admit not suited to all types of visitor; perhaps... More

We stayed here for three nights last week and it wasn't good! All over the site it states they have won trip advisor awards, the only way they could have done that is if the reviews were from a blind person! Where to start, first of all the staff on check in need customer service lessons as they are terrible,... More

It certainly was a "horrible" review; for the record Reception is open 6 days a week for 7 hours a day, after which time an on-site Warden is available. As we have only 50 pitches our 2 blocks of toilets are well in excess of the industry guidelines. The flatter route to the town and beaches which we advise is... More
