A really great BnB in newquay. We really enjoyed our few nights spent here, the location is perfect if you want to explore newquay and other local towns. A short walk to a lovely beach. The owners are really friendly and make a superb breakfast. Really good service is provided. We found our room to be a little small for... More

We needed to stay one night in Newquay on a wet December day/night and found the Pine Lodge Guest House on line at Booking.com. Very reasonable rates for the rooms and ours had a fabulous bathrom fit for a 5 star hotel, all newly ceramic tiled with a power shower which really suited us after a long journey. The room... More

Can only say good things about this family run hotel. We stayed in room 3, a family room. Clean, spacious and a decent en suite shower. Wifi was a bit hit and miss and the bar area was not open on the days we stayed. Breakfast is worth staying here on its own! Very friendly owner

My wife and I stayed here with a couple of friends. The place is very very clean , but the rooms/ bathrooms are very very small, by bathrooms I mean small. if you are the size of 11 year old its okay. The owners are excellent, breakfast well cooked and presented. I do agree with other reviews walls are very... More

Cannot fault the conditions of the hotel, clean and tidy, smelling fresh, nice games room and bar. The breakfast was well cooked and plenty of it.However I do not think it warrants four stars, as the bathrooms, ( which are basicily cupboards) are to small for large adults. coupled with the paper thin walls, in my book does't warrant four... Good location as easy access to watergate bay & Newquay! Good breakfast. Friendly hosts! Rooms clean and spacious! However wifi doesn't reach bedrooms and walls very thin can hear neighbouring rooms tv, shower, chat.. Needs bigger beds, 5'10 and feet off the edge! We got a deal, so thought we had a good rate, but was probably right for the... More

A group of us stayed here for one night during the Pilot Gig Championships this year. We had a family room sleeping four which worked out excellent value at £110 for the room. We were greeted by a friendly smile and some information about Newquay. The room was satisfactory with a double bed and single bunk beds, both of which... More

The bed should have been a few inches longer for me (6ft tall). The bathrooms could do with a makeover especially the shower (incl. water pressure). The heated outdoor pool and the many breakfast options are great. Very friendly host! I would recommend staying there for a few nights but please do not expect huge rooms.

Stayed her for two nights. We arrived at 10.30pm after an 8 hour journey to a disgruntled and abrupt owner who's first words to us were 'you have arrived late'. His wife did not advise us we have to be at the hotel at a certain time, nor did the booking confirmation tell us this. We were then given an... More
