I recently took a trip to Newquey with my wife, our friend and our little pup. I had been referred to here by a friend from work who said nothing but great things about it and after staying here I have to say, the Three Tees B&B is the best!! Greg and Fiona were very kind and welcoming hosts. They... More

Forget Hendrix! This is our third visit to the Three Tees and once again Greg and Fiona were excellent hosts. The room was clean and fresh, the breakfasts were always cooked perfectly and any additional requests were no problem. I cannot fault this establishment!

We were booked into somewhere else who called us at the last minute explaining that there was a mix-up with bookings. We were told that we would need to be reallocated to another location. OK we were not too happy with being moved but as luck would have it we were moved to Three Tees in Newquay. We arrived and... More

While on a camping holiday our 8 month old daughter became poorly, and camping no longer was an option. As reception on the campsite was poor my mother in law found ' The Three Tees hotel ' and they had a late notice vacancy for us and our Coker spaniel! Arriving we had a super warm welcome from Fiona and... More

I have been staying at the Three Tees Hotel for a few years now and would honestly not stay anywhere else in Newquay. The rooms are lovely and clean and nothing is too much trouble for Greg and Fiona. They are both lovely and really make myself, my daughter and my dog feel welcome. Breakfast is delicious and you are... More

We stayed at The Three Tees for a weekend whilst attending a family wedding in Newquay. The hotel was perfect for us being close to our relations. We occupied a ground floor annex that was good for our needs as one of our family is disabled after having had a stroke. The annex comprises of two large bedrooms with a... More

We visited Greg & Fiona for the second time in April 2014, to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. We chose the Three Tees for its location & parking on our first visit and came back again due to the fabulous experience we had the first time! Greg & Fiona are warm, friendly and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble.... More

A very friendly and well run hotel, the room was clean and comfortable and they made good provision for our Jack Russell. The location made it an excellent base to explore Newquay and Porth and the cost was very reasonable. Greg and Fiona served a superb breakfast offering plenty of choice. We will definatelly return to The Three Tees

This Hotel was very average at best. The room I was given was very small and the en suite was so tiny I could not move around at all. The owners of the hotel were however very friendly and welcoming and provided a good breakfast. The parking was also very tight and guests have to leave their keys with the... More

Besides offering free WiFi, our facilities include a large residents lounge, cosy bar and sunlounge and a fully enclosed garden, and we believe our price point reflects this. We have been coming back now for three years. I'm in a wheelchair and find the garden annexe with its ramp very convenient. Greg and Fiona are friendly and helpful and put up a portable ramp for access to the main hotel for breakfast, and evening bar snacks if required. All being well, we'll be back again next year.
