Great traditional family run bed and breakfast. Friendly and helpful would recommend to anymore. 5 minutes from nearest beach and 5 minutes and shop. 10-15 minutes from Newquay high street. Enjoyed my stay and I look forward to my next visit to the three tees.

we stayed here for a long weekend and it was lovely. Gregg and Fiona were very friendly, welcoming, and carried our heavy suitcases up two floors to our rooms and made us feel at home. The hotel is clean, with good breakfasts, and they accommodated our requests. All the rooms are named after local beaches which we thought was a lovely... More

Found the owner (Greg') to be rude - however I seem to be in the minority according to the rest of the reviews so could just be me! Special requests at breakfast also seemed to be too much of a problem - my son asked for an extra sausage and it was huffed and puffed at. My mum also asked... More

We arrived at The Three Tees and were met with a warm welcome from Greg and Fiona. Nothing was too much trouble from carrying heavy suitcases to giving us a comprehensive guide to Newquay. Room was clean, well presented, comfortable beds and pillows, with ample tea and coffee. Fantastic cooked breakfast and wonderful service from Greg. Greg even noticed our... More

Just spent 4 days there, friendly people, ideal location very clean and tidy, great service would definitely return, excellent value. No negatives have already recommended to the family because they take dogs as well. Next visit will be with all the family.

I Stayed here with my mum and my lab dog for 3 nights, we were put in the garden annexe which had plenty of room and was ideal for the 3 of us. Perfectly located, friendly owners, basic but very clean rooms, and really good cooked brekkie. Recommended!

Excellent communication from Fiona from the moment of booking. Rooms are pleasant and quiet. Location was good for us with easy access to Coast path and beaches. Breakfast was good and a vegetarian version was offered for me. We only stayed one night but it was just the right place for a last minute beach break.

A perfect place to base ourselves for exploring Cornwall. The hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hosts were absolutely amazing people and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located a ten minute walk from town but it was a beautiful walk along the cliff tops looking out to the ocean/beaches. I would definitely stay here again... More
